- Machine setup costs (molds, printing plates, hot stamping setup, etc.)
- Development and adjustment time, especially for custom designs
In addition, when 3D rendering is involved, we help you finalize the design before sampling — which reduces trial-and-error and avoids multiple sample revisions.
In bulk production, these costs are distributed across larger quantities, which significantly lowers the unit price.
Yes, the sample cost can be refunded or credited under certain conditions.
For most custom projects, the sample fee will be fully or partially deducted from the bulk order, once the order reaches an agreed quantity.

- You receive a fully confirmed sample before production
- The sample development cost is not wasted
- Both sides are aligned before moving into mass production

For standard items, we may provide free samples or existing stock samples for reference.

However, the sample cost can be refunded or credited once a bulk order reaches the agreed quantity.
